That’s what these chats are all about.
Picture this: You and I, sitting across from each other at your favorite cozy coffee shop. There’s no rush. No pressure. Just a warm, welcoming space where you get to breathe, exhale, and be exactly who you are—messy thoughts, tired heart, hopeful spirit, and all.
Each session begins with a few moments of grounding. This might be a gentle mindfulness practice, a few deep breaths, or a brief guided visualization—just something small to help you shake off the noise of the outside world and land fully in the present moment. You don’t have to know how to meditate or “be good at it”—I’ll guide you, softly and simply.
Then we talk. Or maybe you talk and I listen. Or we sit in a bit of silence until the words find their way. However it flows, this is your time.
You get to choose how long we spend together:
15 minutes for a quick reset, moment of clarity, or supportive nudge.
30 minutes when you’ve got something to unpack, but need it to fit into a busy day.
45 minutes to dig a little deeper without feeling rushed.
60 minutes when you really want to settle in and explore, reflect, or create space for something meaningful.
You can bring a specific challenge or question. You can show up with no agenda at all. Some people want to talk about their health, their habits, or their goals. Others just need to be heard, seen, or reminded that they’re not alone. We can explore your mindset, the stress you’ve been carrying, or that feeling of being stuck. Or we can talk about small wins and how to build on them. There’s no script here.
And here’s the thing—I’m not here to judge you, fix you, or give you a checklist of things to do. I’m here to walk beside you. To listen with compassion, ask thoughtful questions, and create a space that feels safe, supportive, and real. We go at your pace. We focus on what matters to you.
